I have placed this specimen here as it fits the microscopic data, as noted by Funga Nordica, perfectly. However, I am mindful that the British Checklist has now lumped this species wth Galerina hypnorum which doesn't make much sense to me. Galerina hypnorum is rarely recorded with calyptrate spores, and then only weakly calyptrate. Also, the spore size is noticably outside the range of that species. It probably has more affinity with Galerina calyptrata
