Bacidia arceutina (Ach.) Arnold

Type: Crustose

Smooth, often immersed thallus with pale brown apothecia which become black and globulose as they mature. Found on the nutrient-rich and basic-barked shrubs and trees, occasionally on rocks. Widespread but not particularly common.
