Arrhenia sphagnicola (Berk.) Redhead, Lutzoni, Moncalvo & Vilgalys
Specific to wet moorland conditions with sphagnum mosses. Mid- to dark-brown with fine dark scales, and a funnel when mature. 2012 saw the first Outer Hebridean record since one found on St. Kilda in 1988. Subsequent records suggest it could be frequent with ample suitable habitat available
