Baeomyces rufus (Huds.) Rebent.

Type: Squamulose

Thallus of minute overlapping squamules, mainly light green with white and pink tones. If sorediate it has a granular appearance. Apothecia variable but usually with pink tones, on short stems to almost sessile. Common on peaty soil and sheltered crevices
